Bill has served as the preaching minister at the Tuttle congregation since 2022. He and his wife, Olya, have been married for 25 years and have two daughters, Sonya and Sasha. Bill and Olya have spent their entire marriage serving the Lord in various missions and ministry positions in Europe and the United States.
